‘Power of the Tongue’ is an evening that puts poetry in both its forms beside each other providing a stage for story telling, lyricism and rhyming tongue to become playful, uplifting and enhance musicianship.

As always profits from this evening are donated to – a youth led charity who uses the creative arts to support and nurture young people.

We proudly present…

It’s in his name; his musicianship and his lyricism are all so well executed due to his intallect. He sets scenes and resonates his story’s through his instrumental arrangements and illusatrates his messages with his descriptive way of writing. He’s as transverse as he is specific, to listen is to experience.
A renowned producer working with the voices of the future of British music such as: Jay Prince, Kojey Radical, Jacob Banks and of course Orph Gang – and a vocalist lifting light to the stories of our city that matter.

Truly Blessed to welcome Intalekt as our headliner

Soph LS
Her charisma; her fun and free attitude is most refreshing in the industry we live in – and it’s infectious. Through her poetry she transpires a freedom through her humility, still speaking on real life and this life in London.
But don’t let her happy-go-lucky persona foul you – she is in fact a multi-talented creative with, at a young age of hers, many years experience. So listen carefully… you might learn something
You’ve probably seen her at any of the top poetry spots in London, including Boiler Room recently – this evening she shares with us

Daie Street- Soul
Claims himself a perfectionist – and we can hear it in his music. Though his music uplifting, celebratory, reminiscent and catchy we notice that this man has quite a technical mind; making it all the more alluring. He, too, tells stories of our beautiful city stirring anthems in his chorus and thought provokers through his lyrics.
